Pole Dance Fitness of SWFL is proud to now offer BOSU training classes. BOSU is an acronym that
stands for both sides utilized and refers to a well known piece of fitness equipment that facilitates
functional balance training. The BOSU will allow you to train general movement patterns that have
“purpose” as they relate to a variety of movement challenges a person will encounter in sport or life.
The BOSU is designed for all fitness levels. With small adjustments for each exercise the instructor
will be able to guide you to work at the level that is best for you. Class will be 45 minutes long and
include both a warm up and cool down period. The exercises performed will be a total body workout.
This is a great full body workout for both pole dancers and ladies looking for something new to add to their fitness routine. Dear Students: Although I have had a lot of personal experience with the BOSU trainer
and am familiar with the wonderful benefits it can provide to make sure you receive the best possible
training and experience I have studied the BOSU fitness program in depth and received my Certificate
in the BOSU COMPLETE TRAINING COURSE. – Your Instructor
